Hello Doctor, I have an operation of orchiopexy on right sided testicle (to resolve testicular torsion), But my left testicle is dead, shrunken due to testicular torsion happend 3 years ago, is it okay to leave dead testicle in your scrotum?
I think I may have had testicular torsion and I thought my testicle died, that happened 2 months ago. Now: But now when I squeeze my testicle slightly hard I can still feel pain from it,since I can feel pain from it,does this mean that its not dead?

I've had some testicular pain for the past week but it has been mild, and I've experienced little to no swelling. However my right testicle feels slightly smaller and softer than usual. Is it dead, and am I at risk if it is?
