Is it normal for testicle pain 2 weeks after a vasectomy? could that be associated with a scrotal hematoma?
I had a vasectomy procedure done in early December 22. The large hematoma formed in the right testicle within hours of the procedure. It is about the lemon size and does not feel like getting smaller. Shall I be concerned or do I just need more time?

Vasectomy 3years ago.right Testicle was always slightly larger than left but now is twice size as left at times will randomly return to its normal size but is always sensitive to even light touch .when swelled 1-2 on pain scale.see doc?
