I sprayed painted without a mask 2 months ago and still blow black paint flecks out of my nose daily. is this something to be concerned about or will my body clear it eventually? get more frequent headaches is this related or something else? thank u?

You are right; your body will clear the paint and take care of the problem. It has no relationship to your headaches. Anxiety and tension is a common cause for headache. So learn to relax, breath deeply and the headaches will likely go away if you practice deep breathing and relaxation.
