Have an increase in clear nasal mucus with tiny brown specks in it from post nasal drip when i spit it out for few days. clear when i blow my nose.have a headache too for 4days. had spray painted few weeks ago and used saline and steroid nose sprays?

Watch for yellow or green drainage, fever, chills, facial pain or swelling. Sinus pressure may cause a headache, but this symptom should be further evaluated.
