The symptoms are for sure not due to spray painting one month ago. A viral illness is rarely manifested with retro-orbital headache alone, it is often associated with fever and other upper respiratory symptoms. Frontal sinusitis may have the same pain but it has other symptoms. You should visit an optometrist for checking eyesight and ocular pressure in the mean time unless other symptoms develop.
