For spring allergies ive been taking claritin for the last 3 weeks. noticed a loss of appetite past 10 days. can it be connected to claritin?

An uncommon side effect of claritin is increased appetite, not losing appetite but you never know. I suggest switching to allegra, also sold OTC, which has less drowsy (sleepy) side effect and observe your appetite or you just quit claritin for a week as a trial.
