L have been getting really bad allergies lve tried zyrtec and claritin (loratadine) 24hr. is it ok to take 2x a day? they only last 10 hours on me.

Allergies: Yes, it is OK to take those every 12 hours. They are quite safe, and it may be the case that your body metabolises them faster than usual.
