l have been getting really bad allergies lve tried zyrtec and claritin (loratadine) 24hr. is it ok to take 2x a day? they only last 10 hours on me.

Allergies: Yes, it is OK to take those every 12 hours. They are quite safe, and it may be the case that your body metabolises them faster than usual.

would also recommend that you see an allergist and get tested and get on some additional therapies, potentially allergy shots. But the only real danger with extra antihistamines is typically more risk of sedation.
