Like OK..caution: Claritin-d is combination of a nonsedating antihistamine (loratadine) and a decongestant (pseudoephedrine) and should be ok to use, even mild/moderate liver disease. Congrats on having a tumor-free ct scan of your liver. Nevetherless, being 74, your prostate may be on a larger side and so taking this medicine may cause trouble with urination. A steroid nasal spray is safer. Consult doc. Good luck.
