Three days ago i got running nose, throat dry and muscle ache do i have cold allergy or cold virus yesterday i took claritin (loratadine) and today?

Cant tell. : It's impossible to tell without seeing you, but i can say i would not do much either way other than wait. A cold has no cure and should resolve without intervention. I would take the Claritin (loratadine) and see if that helped. If it did not i would try pseudoephedrine. If it is still not resolving in 2 weeks i would see a doctor. I would go sooner if it is getting worse. Feel better.
