I just had an extraction then implant screw and healing cap placed at tooth #4 site. about how long would a person wait until a one unit nesbit can be worn (along the smile line) prior to implant crown placement?

If there is no complications or infection than 7-10 days is good. Remember as the area heals there will be shrinkage of the bone and gums so the Nesbit will loosen up a little since you will have to wait a number of months until final crown is placed.
