Hi, i had a complete blood test (non ffor the following checks: full blood count (fbc) liver kidney cholesterol/tg/hdl/ldl crp glucose iron vit d thyroid vit b12 all fine but b12 = 1476 pmol/l. could this be due to powerade just before test?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, elevated B12 is generally not serious. Some people with chronic inflammation have elevated B12.
