You likely need to have a urine sample checked for infection-you may need a different antibiotic and/or a longer course. So, call your surgeon and tell him/her your symptoms so that a urinary tract infection can be ruled in or out. You would be sick if you had sepsis-typically a fever would be present. So, call your surgeon and get diagnosed and treated. Good luck to you!!

Sepsis makes a person very sick. You do not have that. Increase your water intake. If not better in a few days see your MD again.
