I was diagnosed with svt. it only happens when im panicking. is this really svt? it never happens any other time. its always very brief during the panic attack and then its over?

The diagnosis is confirmed if ECG tracing showed SVT. In your case, panic attack triggers this arrhythmia and if this behavior disorder is under control SVT won't occur. Most often, people have sinus tachycardia during panic attack but not SVT. The causal relationship between SVT, if confirmed, and panic attack should be clarified because SVT and panic attack have similar clinical manifestations.
