Can you eat a burger with gerd?

You could, but it may also make matters worse. If you are overweight, it is imperative that you lose weight to control GERD. A burger is not the best thing to eat if you need to lose weight. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Anything can cause or exacerbate reflux. Burger is not a typical food - more like chocolates and peppermints etc. But if it happens would be careful with burgers.
