Time and amount: Idea is to let your stomach empty and not cause overdistension which can aggravate reflux. So combination of eating small amounts over 10-15 minutes and repeating every 2-3 hours is better for overall digestion and will reduce chance of reflux symptoms. Also want to avoid foods and drink that can aggravate like alcohol
