Influenza, nearly better but very bad pain in both calves, can this be from infection? same last year but all tests nothing wrong with blood flow?

Diffuse muscle pain is typical of influenza infection. But it should resolve once the other features of influenza have improved. If your pain does not respond to over-the-counter pain relievers, or is associated with swelling in the ankles, then consider getting checked out by your doctor.
