See doctor: Petechia can be a sign of inflammation of the blood vessels, called vasculitis. Even though you feel better, I suggest you have your doctor take a look, and probably do some simple blood tests to look for signs of inflammation and check your platelet count (platelets help in blood clotting). Call today. May be nothing, but it's best to get checked.
