All tests are to be interpreted in co=relation with the patient's symptoms. There are also many reasons other than the ones you mention . Let the ordering MD interpret and explain it to you.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it might have helped had you provided the actual results and your symptoms. Wish you good health!
