The combination of nausea and diarrhea is most often caused by a viral gastrointestinal tract infection or a bout of mild food poisoning. Both resolve on their own. Rest,drink adequate room temperature fluids including flat ginger ale, eat a soft,bland diet and take kaopectate or imodium if too many movements occur. See your MD.if not gradually improving for exam & stool culture. Not cardiac issue
