A member asked:

I have chronic denervation in my arms being caused by compressed nerves in my neck. my symptoms are debilitating muscle cramps in my arms and fatigue, no pain. are these symptoms related to compressed nerves and would i need surgery to fix this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not feasible to pinpoint precise cause and effect, as would need imaging, and EMG results (if previously done), to provide correlations. The question of surgery is indeed even more difficult in absence of definitive information. You might consider virtual consult with study results for a more comprehensive evaluation.
