The calcified splenic aneurysm is less likely the cause of your symptoms. Characteristics of your pain such as location, relationship with fasting or meal, and relieving factors may help us in the differential diagnosis. Because you already had CT of the abdomen done so I assume you were already evaluated by a GI doctor. If not, that will be the next step.

I agree that your symptoms are not due to the splenic artery aneurysm, but I assume a vascular surgeon has evaluated you and will be involved in follow-up of this aneurysm.
