Discuss with doctor: CT scans and MRIs done for one purpose often find other things accidentally, and these "incidental findings" are rarely important. 6mm is pretty small, so I doubt that any surgery will be indicated, but you should discuss the finding with the doctor who ordered the initial test. If he is concerned, he might have you talk to a vascular surgeon.
