It can ... briefly: The insertion of the speculum used to obtain the Pap smear from the cervix can be minimally traumatizing. There could be very mild irritation or even superficial abrasion from this process, and this could burn when in contact with urine. These tissues heal extraordinarily quickly, and I wouldn't expect it to last more than a day or two. Good wishes:)
