See urologist: If you are having frequent UTI's and can't get rid of them , there may be a structural anomaly or stone in the urinary tract so you need to see a urologist or a urogynecologist. It may be nothing more than a resistant organism causing the infection and a urine culture could give you the best antibiotic to clear it up or I have also seen herpes misdiagnosed as a recurrent UTI. Exam is essential .

Boost immunity: Lowered immunity can cause frequent UTIs. Taking a zinc supplement 25-50 mg/day, Vitamin D3 10,000 IU/day, and a good probiotic daily might help solve the problem since all of them boost immunity and reduce inflammation.
