Over ultrasound, doctor found 1 ovary is way smaller than other (normal size, simple cyst). were investigating ovulation mild bleeding. estradiol, fsh are normal. is this shrunk ovary a sign of impending menopause? im still having regular periods?

Ovarycsize reduces when you get older and approach menopause. It won't be surprised that when one ovary becomes hypofunction, the other one can compensate which explains one of your ovary is of normal size and your sex hormones are still normal.
