Most likely, position is affecting nerve function. When nerve is pinched by out of place lymbar disc, various neurological abnormalities can be felt. Talk to the Dr who ordered your back MRI for next steps.

The multiple symtoms described are unrelated to the lumbar MRI findings except for the back and leg pain. The other symptoms are more likely related to anxiety or issues assosciated with being a hypochondriac.
