Some months ago, i remembered my phone fell on my toe. since last month, i noticed a thick white horizontal line on my nail. it slowly moved up and now, a new nail can be shown below that line and now it can be removed. did my nail just regenerate?

The white line denotes time of trauma to the toenail circulation . If the nail is attached the line will continue to move forward over 6 months. No other treatment is required
