Its been 50 wks snce hiv exposure with +female had negative combo just shy of 6 months but my parotid glands are still swollen should i retest for hiv? that was the last exposure i had and had 25 week combo negative is there a strain it cant detect?

Modern HIV testing is 99% accurate. You're HIV negative at this time. If you truly have bilaterally enlarged parotid glands, I recommend consulting a specialist in infectious diseases to conduct a workup to determine the cause. Appropriate testing will be ordered.
