Had a sore throat since nov., no strep and multiple antibiotics did not help. large lump on the outside of my throat that you can see, has grown fast, enlarged lymph nodes, trouble swallowing, ear pain, chest pain, cough, sore on tongue. what is it?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Try to to do that you at your earliest. Wish you good health!
