Feeling well but woke up with very painful lumps behind each ear...now my front lymph glands are also up..but no sore throat. not sure of cause?

Swollen lymph nodes: A viral disease is the most likely explanation and you don't have to have sore throat because different viruses work differently.

Lymph node: Enlargement in those areas are usually benign esp if they are small and not accompanied by other symptoms.They could be from a viral, bacterial, respiratory or surrounding skin infection. See your dr for an accurate diagnosis. Take care!
