7 years ago my brain scan showed perfusion notable for patients age and inflammation on left hand side. i was 35 having memory loss and cognitive difficulties. neurology dismissed me and no further scans. symptoms are worse than then?

Your depiction of progressive intellectual loss needs updated evaluation. Find a brand new neurologist and start a full re-evaluation, as it appears that in the past, you had focal dominant hemisphere pathology. Updated imaging and psychological testing should be considered.
