Autoimmune disorder is likely, but chest pain & tachycardia warrant cardiac investigation as well. They may be related to the autoimmune disorder or be separate issues. Collaboration between a rheumatologist & cardiologist would be best.

You likely will require additional evaluations and testing to arrive at a specific diagnosis, but indeed the post suggests a number of potential inflammatory disorders. A rheumatologist would be an excellent consultant, if not seen previously.
