What are the chances of good recovery for a 22 yrs old TB meningitis patient with chronic lacunar infarcts in right thalamus and left basal gaglia and hydrocephalus? She has some cognitive issues now?

Not sure: It is really almost impossible to say not knowing the extent of the injuries. In general the brain takes a long time to repair - 6mo to greater than a year. Never underestimate the repairing abilities of the human body. Hope this helps.
