Heart rate in the high 80s during sleep is relatively high. With electronic device, I will monitor with a different device or you need to check the pulse or heart rate yourself to make sure the device is accurate and that can be done at any time. If the device is accurate, daytime heart rate is usually higher, 90s range I guess. If it is true, a physical exam and basic blood tests should be done.
