Without a full medical history and exam it is difficult to advise you. You're resting rate is at the high end of the normal range. Your relative tachycardia needs a thorough evaluation ASAP. To me, this is indeed an area of concern, and not only needs an underlying explanation but interventional treatment as indicated. Start with your primary doctor, but a cardiologist may well be needed.
