Typically at night my heart rate while i sleep is in the 50d and 60s, but the last couple of nights it has been in the 90s. i had ekg and echo earlier this year and both were normal. what could cause sudden rise and is it of concern?

Your pulse device is not working. Or you have Sleep Apnea. Discuss with local Dr. Always check pulse at wrist to be certain device is reading accurately.
