I am diagnosed with ocd and depression. i was given fluvoxamine 200 mg, i feel sleepy and lazy all the time. can i add modafinil to fluvoxamine? any alternative to modafinil? thank you?

Talk to your doctor about getting an alternative medication. Fluvoxamine is known to cause drowsiness, but alternative medications are available. Wish you good health!

Would urge you to find a different medication instead of taking an additional medicine to deal with the adverse effects of the first. Your doctor should be able to assist you with this switch.
