Have pityriasis rosea since march 30th. the rash is on about 60% of my body but the bumps are on around 80% of my body. im currently taking acyclovir. should i be concerned even more?

It has been 10 days so less likely new rashes will develop. This disease is self limited with or without treatment so you will be fine. With acyclovir, you should see mark improvement by next week.

If the diagnosis is valid the PR usually resolves within a few months with no treatment. Comfort measures for itching are sometimes needed. I doubt the med affects it at all.
