No. They are separate structures that have no linkage either in tissues or nerve wiring. The two can happen in the same person as a coincidence, but one does not cause the other.

A septal deviation is a structural asymmetry of the nose, and does not cause nerve abnormalities in any fashion. Specifically, there would be no effect on the acoustic-vestibular system, and loss of hearing would be caused by a different pathological mechanism.
