A member asked:

Can a nasal septum deviation cause loss of hearing on the nerve?

No. They are separate structures that have no linkage either in tissues or nerve wiring. The two can happen in the same person as a coincidence, but one does not cause the other.

A septal deviation is a structural asymmetry of the nose, and does not cause nerve abnormalities in any fashion. Specifically, there would be no effect on the acoustic-vestibular system, and loss of hearing would be caused by a different pathological mechanism.
