These are separate systems with no direct working interaction. If the septal deviation triggers sinus/upper airway and ear infections more often there may be a distant effect on conductive hearing.

Agree with Dr Ferguson, as this abnormality, per se, does not directly affect any auditory functions, and one would have to assume a cascade of sinus infections with secondary eustachian tube obstruction, to probably cause focal ear congestion and minor hearing distortion, at most. See an otolaryngologist.
