Is it ok to squirt water in my eye everyday?

Water in eyes: No harm done to your eyes if you squirt water in your eyes as long as it is not under pressure.

No!: You run the risk of introducing infection into your eye if you are using regular tap water! if, on the other hand, you are using a sterile saline solution from a contact lens producer, like bausch & lomb or allergan, then go for it. Those artificial tears products have preservatives in them that keep them sterile and germ-free.
