Many possibilities: Watering eyes could be a normal response to wind/bright light/cold temperatures. If excessive, then an eye exam could determine if you have evaporative dry eye, inadequate tear drainage, lid malpositions, etc.

Many reasons: Allergies, dry eyes, blepharitis can all explain watering eyes. A poor quality tear film as with blepharitis can cause your body to produce excess tears to compensate. Try hot compresses over the eyes followed by gentle lid scrubs using baby shampoo on a warm wet washcloth daily. You can also use artificial tears. If this does not help, see an ophthalmologist who can determine the cause.
