Not connected: Hemangiomas and multiple sclerosis lesions can be difficult to differentiate on mri. Brain lesions of the demyelinating type are usually caused by multiple sclerosis but need to be diagnosed carefully, especially when atypical. Hemangiomas and multiple sclerosis are not connected.

Many different issue: Spinal hemangiomas are not uncommon, and usual are of no real significance, hashimoto's very common in women, especially assoc with pregnancy, and neither causes demyelinating lesions. Perhaps you have radiologically isolated syndrome, and this can be sorted out with spinal fluid analysis, and cervical spine mri. Talk to a neurologist about your findings.
