Neuropathy: It could be an early peripheral neuropathy but I would expect more persistent symptoms in your feet with that. Nevertheless I recommend getting checked for Vitamin B12 deficiency and diabetes. A neurologist is best to consult if symptoms persist or worsen. Appropriate testing would be done and could include an EMG.
