I had lower wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago. was given a syringe and prescribed chlorhexidine. when can i start using it to rinse out holes. or what is best way to clean holes out to not disturb blood clot forming?

You just use the solution for gargling, do not attempt to dislodge the clot which will be dissolved by itself.
