Agree with Dr. D: If you do not have pain, you may watch and wait. If the site becomes painful, bleeds, or you get fever, see your dentist.

Post-surgery: Part of the performing a surgical procedure is the obligation to manage post-surgical healing. Please call the Dentist or Oral Surgeon that did your surgery and report your status. He/she will be prepared to provide appropriate support.
