Normal heart rate is 60-100. Heart rate below 60 is called bradycardia but a resting heart rate between 50-60 is more commonly observed in normal healthy people than a heart rate above 100. I am only concerned if this heart rate is associated with other symptoms such as easy fatigue, frequent lightheadedness with changing position, weight gain or cold intolerance, etc.
