A member asked:

Is a resting heart rate of 55 bpm something to be concerned about? 19 y.o.female (fit but not too active) no other symptoms besides fatigue pb 105/70?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: A resting HR of 55 is just below normal limits for low. If you have no symptoms, at your age it is usually nothing to be concerned about.
