Any reason i'm experiencing extreme fatigue after a short course of doxycycline (100 mg, b.i.d.) to treat a suspected sinus infection? i'm not sure whether i still have the infection or what. symptoms include: fatigue, pulse of ~50-60 bpm (54)?

'suspected' sinus infection is vague and short duration of the med will not cause fatigue. Your MD has to check you and do appropriate tests to check for sinus problem if present and other causes of fatigue. Hope you feel better
