Repeat question, but in this one the timing is clearer. The exposure was at least 5 weeks ago, if at the end of February, and if before Feb 22, enough time has passed for a conclusive HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood test. If negative, it will be certain you did not catch HIV and you can disregard the earlier advice about other medical care or follow-up. Your symptoms are not typical for acute HIV.
